Director, Global HR Experience & Leadership Coaching

Western Digital is seeking a Director, HR Experience for the US, EMEA, India and Japan. This strategic role leads a global team to strengthen people-leader capability through coaching, development, and foundational management practices. You will partner with business leaders, Legal, HRBP, and Centers of Excellence to close capability gaps and deliver scalable, high-impact programs across regions.
