Quality Improvement Manager Adult Day HealthRN required for this role. Spanish language skills are a plus but not the Quality Improvement Manager you will play an essential role in supporting clinical quality compliance and continuous improvement across our Worcester and Springfield Adult Day Health Centers. Serving as a key clinical resource to the Adult Day Health team you will partner with clinical and operational leadership to identify opportunities for improvement monitor outcomes manage risk and ensure high-quality compliant services for the individuals we is a hybrid position requiring approximately 34 days of travel between our Worcester and Springfield centers and 12 days working remotely.
