Founding Business Operations Lead

Query Talent is recruiting a Founding Business Operations Lead for a confidential early-stage AI company in San Francisco. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to work directly with founders and help build the operating foundation of a fast-moving company.Work closely with the founders on company-wide priorities.Own projects across operations, customers, hiring, vendors, and internal processes.Help build simple systems that keep the company organized as it grows.Support go-to-market work, including research, follow-up, pipeline tracking, and launch coordination.Spot operational gaps and take ownership of fixing them.4+ years in business operations, founder's office, consulting, strategy, customer operations, or startup operations.Experience managing projects across operations, customers, internal systems, or go-to-market work.Experience working directly with founders, executives, or cross-functional teams.Willingness to work onsite in San Francisco.Competitive salary, equity, and benefits.Base salary range of $125,000 to $175,000.Relocation support may be available.
