• Location: Kane, Pennsylvania (PA)
• Job Type: Permanent / Full-Time
• Pay Rate: $26.00/hour+ ($0.75/hour night shift differential) + (Based on experience) + Benefits
• Shift: Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off, followed by 3 days on
• Weekends: Rotating weekends
• Relocation Assistance: Potential assistance may be discussed during the interview.

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join its long-term care team. The nurse will provide direct resident care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and oversee nursing assistants to ensure quality care and compliance with facility policies and regulations.

-> Key Responsibilities

• Administer and document medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' health conditions, vital signs, and changes in status.
• Update care plans and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collect laboratory specimens and coordinate their delivery.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants in delivering resident care.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, incident reports, and other clinical responsibilities.
• Maintain infection control, resident safety, and quality-of-care standards.

-> Requirements

✅ Current Pennsylvania LPN license or temporary work permit. Applicants must have an active PA license or have applied for one by the interview.
✅ Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification.
✅ Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills.
✅ Commitment to compassionate care for elderly residents.
⭐ Nursing home or long-term care experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
