Overview Towncare Dental Associates of Homestead is looking for a Patient Service Representative in Homestead, FL to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment. Bilingual a must for this position. Position Overview This position is perfect for someone with a passion for providing outstanding customer service, a willingness to learn, and a desire to get started in the dental field. The person will be a support person to all staff members and patients in the office, answering phones, handling patient inquiries, making appointments, and assisting with the completion of patient treatment plans through acceptable financial arrangements while being flexible in handling requests and projects assigned by other staff and/or the Office Manager.
