We're looking for someone with: Significant accounting experience within a privately held company Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Online (required) The ability to pivot seamlessly as business needs evolve Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the confidence to work independently Responsibilities Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly) Monitor accounts payable and receivable Ensure timely processing of payroll Full-time, five days per week in the office Competitive compensation and benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
