What You'll Do

• Process and code accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Manage invoices across multiple entities and ensure timely payments.
• Assist with employee expense reimbursements and compliance checks.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain the AP inbox and scan vendor invoices for recordkeeping.
• Set up new vendors and update existing vendor records.
• Prepare and execute weekly check runs.
• Support special projects and other accounting tasks as needed.

What You Bring

• Associate's degree in Accounting preferred.
• 2+ years of accounts payable experience required.
• Strong Excel skills required.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting strongly preferred.
• Confidence in professional vendor communication.
• Background in high-volume corporate environments.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
