Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing assessments to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients based on their specific rehabilitation needs.
• Deliver hands-on physical therapy treatment incorporating a variety of techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to alleviate pain and improve function.
• Supervise and mentor physical therapy assistants, ensuring adherence to prescribed treatment protocols and care plans.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to guide treatment decisions and patient assessments, continuously updating care strategies to reflect patient progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to promote integrated care and share insights during patient conferences.

• Provide education and training for patients and their families regarding home exercises, assistive devices, and overall health management.

Qualifications
