Receptionist

We are actively seeking a Receptionist for a full-time position with a busy and growing law firm. This role will focus on supporting daily office operations for the firm, including front desk reception, file management, and courthouse runs, and will work with all firm employees and clients. No previous office experience required, but experience in a fast-paced service industry or retail environment is very helpful. LOCATION: Tulsa, OK (Midtown) SCHEDULE: Fully Onsite | Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (no overtime) PAY: $16-18/hour + full benefits IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma required; some college preferred 1+ years of experience in an office or customer service environment, OR fast-paced retail or service industry environment Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish strongly preferred, but not required Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning case management and document software Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and deadlines simultaneously Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Manage front desk operations by answering and routing calls, greeting clients and visitors, and keeping a tidy reception area. Maintain and organize physical and electronic files, including scanning, naming, and uploading documents to the case management system Review and route incoming faxes, attaching documents to appropriate case records and forwarding as needed Handle courthouse filings, mail drop-offs, and other external errands in a timely and accurate manner Support general administrative tasks and office operations, assisting attorneys and staff as needed Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: SearchPointNY/Noor Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
