The Role: Why You’ll Love It We are looking for a tech-savvy, energetic, and organized Front Desk Coordinator & Customer Experience Specialist to be the heartbeat of our Tulsa office. This isn’t your typical, boring receptionist job—you’ll be the ultimate multi-tasker, blending customer hospitality, digital CRM management, and point-of-sale operations. Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day: The First Impression: Warmly greet walk-in customers and handle incoming phone calls with a helpful, upbeat attitude. Quote & Sales Support: Listen to customer needs, quickly generate quotes, and manage accounts using HubSpot CRM and NetSuite POS (Point of Sale) software. (Don't worry, we'll train you, but comfort with tech is a huge plus!) Cashier & Payment Processing: Securely process customer payments (cash, card, etc.) and ensure accurate daily transactions. Logistics Liaison: Once a sale is finalized, you’ll seamlessly submit digital tickets to our Warehouse Manager so they can prep the order for customer pickup. What We Are Looking For The Tech Factor: You aren’t afraid of software. Experience with NetSuite or HubSpot is a massive bonus, but a quick learner who can navigate multiple tabs and modern systems easily will thrive here. People Skills: You genuinely enjoy talking to people, solving problems, and keeping a positive vibe at the front desk. Reliability & Hustle: You show up on time, take pride in your work, and know how to keep things moving when the lobby gets busy. Organization: High attention to detail—making sure customer accounts and order tickets are perfectly accurate. Qualifications: At least a high school graduate +1 year of experience as a Receptionist or similar role Can work full-time onsite Good people skills Compensation: $17 - $18 hourly
