Board Eligible/Board Certified in FM or IM (Family Medicine Preferred)
Completion of U.S. residency from an accredited Family Medicine of Internal Medicine Program
Commitment to quality patient care
M.D./D.O.
Active or ability to obtain a medical license in the state of Georgia
