Director of Donor Development 120K+ up DOE MIAMI-Fundraising

The ideal candidate will be an outgoing relationship-builder that is responsible for all partnerships and fundraising related to the organization. You will identify prospects and build a pipeline of talent that will help accelerate the company's financial growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a plan for growth
- Take ownership of fundraising events
- Act as a public representative for the organization
- Work cross-functionally with other teams
- Experience managing donations of 5M annually and up
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent required
- Strong organizational skills
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience in Fund Raising MIN 3 years
- Community involvement
