Director of Development & Donor Engagement
Breakthrough Miami
Breakthrough Miami seeks a results-driven Director of Development to grow and sustain unrestricted giving in support of its mission. The Director will secure annual and multi-year unrestricted gifts, manage a portfolio of 175–225 donors, and develop an annual strategy to move prospects through the donor cycle. This role requires a fundraising leader who can build authentic relationships quickly, engage prospects, and close gifts.
