AP Specialist Salary: $55,000-$58,000 Key Responsibilities Manage the full accounts payable process, including invoice entry, coding, matching, approvals, and payment processing. Review invoices for accuracy and ensure expenses are properly coded to the appropriate accounts and projects. Reconcile vendor statements, research discrepancies, and maintain strong vendor relationships. Assist with month‑end close activities, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. Partner with project managers and internal departments to resolve invoice questions and ensure timely processing. Qualifications Previous accounts payable or accounting experience; experience in construction, contracting, manufacturing, or another project‑based industry is a plus.
