JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS Penn State Abington’s Division of Arts and Humanities seeks an instructor to teach one section of English Language Structure for ESL Teachers, to begin in January 6 . Requirements and Qualifications Applicants must hold a master’s degree or PhD in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related field. Experience teaching ESL certification or TESOL-related courses at the college/university level. Experience teaching young learners or working as an ESL/ELD teacher in K– settings. Applicants must have the ability to communicate effectively with an ethnically and culturally diverse student population. .
