Senior Manager, Supply Chain

Senior Manager position overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations for a life sciences company. Responsible for ensuring efficient, cost-effective product delivery while maintaining quality standards and driving continuous improvement across global supply chain activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations ensuring efficient and cost-effective product delivery
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Build and lead effective supply chain teams in a matrix organization
- Manage inventory optimization, demand planning, and supply chain initiatives
Requirements
- Advanced degree plus 6 years supply chain experience, or bachelor's degree plus 8 years experience
- Minimum 5 years in supply chain leadership roles
- APICS certifications (CPIM, CSCP) or equivalent preferred
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning tools
- Demonstrated experience with Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) processes
- Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making, and financial management capabilities
Compensation: $141,800–$200,000 base
