Mon-Fri Schedule

Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.

Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.

Enter approved invoices into the accounting system for payment.

Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Assist with month-end closing procedures as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience in accounts payable or a related accounting role (preferred).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
