The successful candidate will be integral in maximizing outcomes for our clients and ensuring a stress‑free litigation experience. Key Responsibilities Handle personal injury litigation cases from initial signing through to trial resolution. Serve as lead counsel during trials, demonstrating strong advocacy and litigation skills. Collaborate with a team of high‑performing attorneys to ensure high‑quality client representation. Assist in intake support by sharing responsibilities with our talented intake team. Participate in scheduled, periodic on‑call duties to address after‑hours calls from prospective clients regarding serious or catastrophic cases. Educate clients and potential clients about their rights and legal options. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years' experience practicing personal injury litigation. Trial experience is a plus. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Aggressive performance‑based compensation for the right candidate. Health, dental, and vision insurance provided. Schedule Full‑time position. Monday to Friday workweek with on‑call responsibilities for after‑hours inquiries. Location This position is based in Austin, Texas.
