* This role can be entry level and trainable for the right candidate **Primary Functions:**
- Match employee skills to customer requirements
- Provide top-notch customer service
- Monitor employee attendance and performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems or complaints
- Coach and counsel associates for quality performance
- Recruit new talent **Qualifications:**
- Must have a reliable vehicle
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Cooperative and team-oriented
- Calm under pressure
- Proficient computer skills You'll enjoy a $50k base salary plus monthly commissions! Hours are Monday-Friday 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm with some extended hours nights and weekends(once a month) Realistic first-year earnings: $55k - $65k+ (sky's the limit!) At Mancan, we offer top-notch benefits:
