Moog’s **Space & Defense Group – Space Division** is seeking a **Chief of Staff** to support the Space Division Senior Vice President in Elma, NY or Gilbert, AZ. This role sits at the center of a complex, high impact business and serves as a strategic advisor, integrator, and force multiplier—translating strategy into execution, driving cross functional alignment, and enabling disciplined, high-quality decision-making. You will lead the division’s operating rhythm, manage governance processes, prepare executive level communications, anticipate risks, and support key leadership priorities when needed. This high visibility, career accelerating role is ideal for someone who thrives in complexity and is motivated by shaping outcomes that are critical to Moog’s success and national security. **As a Chief of Staff, you will:** * Serve as the Senior Vice President’s trusted advisor by synthesizing information, identifying decision options, and recommending actions.* Manage the division’s operating cadence—including leadership meetings, strategic reviews, governance forums, and business reporting cycles.* Translate enterprise and divisional priorities into actionable plans with clear milestones, owners, and measurable outcomes.* Develop executive level communications such as presentations, briefings, talking points, and leadership updates.* Facilitate alignment across key leadership stakeholders on shared business priorities and decisions.
