As our Property Operations Specialist , you'll oversee the operational side of our portfolio by coordinating inspections, supporting vendors, tracking property performance, and ensuring every location is well-maintained and compliant. You'll work across multiple priorities, balancing administrative responsibilities with operational oversight to help our properties perform at their best.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $50,000-$60,000 annually
• Health & Dental Insurance
• PTO

$50,000 - $60,000 yearly

• Coordinate property inspections and follow up on action items.
• Schedule preventative maintenance and recurring property services.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure work is completed to company standards.
• Track project timelines and keep operational tasks moving forward.
• Review invoices, maintenance expenses, and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain organized digital records, contracts, warranties, and compliance files.
• Assist with property turnovers by coordinating vendors, cleaning, and readiness.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Support budgeting by tracking maintenance spending and supply inventory.
• Communicate updates with internal team members and provide timely operational reporting.

• 2+ years of experience in property management, facilities coordination, operations, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable learning and utilizing property management and work order software.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and accountability.
• Confident communicator who builds positive relationships with vendors and internal teams.
• Ability to make sound decisions and adapt quickly in a changing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based business applications.
