Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and formulate personalized therapy strategies to help them achieve their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based practices to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily activities
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing professionals to deliver holistic, all-encompassing care
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Inform patients and caregivers on therapy methods to encourage ongoing progress at home
• Track Progress and Outcomes: Document clinical developments and be ready to adapt treatments, ensuring patients stay on their recovery paths

Educational Background

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Ongoing education or post-graduate certifications encouraged and supported

Certifications Required

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandated
