Community Liaison — Home Care Marketing

Griswold Home Care of Baton Rouge | Full-Time | $62,000–$70,000 + Company Vehicle + Referral Incentives

Griswold Home Care of Baton Rouge is looking for a relationship-driven marketer to represent our agency in the community. As Community Liaison, you'll be the face of Griswold to hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, senior living communities, and the families who need us. Your job is to build trust, grow referrals, and help more seniors in the Baton Rouge area receive the care they deserve at home.

This is a field role. You'll spend most of your week out in the community — visiting referral partners, attending events, meeting families, and turning conversations into clients. • Salary of $62,000–$70,000 , based on experience

• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources: hospitals, rehab facilities, physicians' offices, senior living communities, elder law attorneys, and non-profit organizations
• Generate a steady flow of client leads for the office
• Conduct initial client visits and intakes, including scheduling, client profile creation, and handoff to the office team
• Represent Griswold at community events, health fairs, and networking groups throughout the year
• Identify new marketing opportunities by tracking market trends and community needs
• Log all referral-source activity, notes, and follow-ups accurately in WellSky and related systems
• Review marketing results quarterly and adjust strategy to keep it effective
• Manage marketing supplies and promotional materials
• Track mileage and expenses for monthly submission
• Partner with the Director to work within the annual marketing budget
• Participate in the on-call rotation as needed by the office

• 3+ years of marketing, sales, or business development experience — home care, healthcare, or senior services experience is strongly preferred
• A background in human services, or a real desire to help others
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a pleasant, professional phone manner
• High emotional intelligence and empathy — you can sit with a family in a hard moment
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with sound judgment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with scheduling and CRM software
• Valid Louisiana driver's license, clean driving record, and valid car insurance
• Able to drive long distances and be on your feet for extended periods
• BA/BS in a related field is a plus
