Business Analyst

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting project teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Remote
Part Time (15 hours a week)

What's the Job?

• Demonstrate hands-on experience with project setup, work-in-progress (WIP) reporting, and time management within Procore.
• Configure and support project setup activities in Procore to align with operational and financial requirements.
• Manage and analyze WIP reporting to provide visibility into project performance, costs, and progress.
• Oversee time management processes in Procore, including time entry, tracking, and reporting to support accurate labor and project controls.
• Assess current project and system workflows to identify opportunities for improvement in setup, reporting, and time tracking.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, not required
• Experience with Procore
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and derive meaningful insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
