Job Description
Senior Business/Data Analyst
Schedule - 1 day in office/4 days remote- but must reside in Minneapolis, MN
6 months with possible extension

Requirements:

7+ years experience as a strong BA experience working on data projects
Strong SQL experience and must include: writing experience (joins, unions, sub-queries), understanding pseudo SQL code and reverse engineering
Must have strong data profiling and data analytics, Metadata, data governance and data lineage experience
Candidates must have experience gathering and documenting requirements and experience leading requirements sessions.
Experience writing business requirements as JIRA stories
Must be able to document data / process flows
Experience needed in data controls and data governance
Ideal candidate will be someone who has a strong understanding of the requirements analysis lifecycle, Data analysis, Financial experience and strong foundational RDBMS expertise.
Experience working in Agile Scrum & Kanban environments
Process Improvements experience
