You'll work closely with the Founding Designer, who sets brand direction, and you'll be responsible for producing the work: launch and campaign creative, the marketing site, social decks, conference materials, and internal templates. A key part of this role is bringing brand back into the product. Hypha's application is data-dense, built around tables, spreads, citations, and dashboards. You'll translate brand decisions into product tokens, components, iconography, and illustration so that the product and the brand read as the same company. This role is ideal for someone who is strong in execution, systems thinking, and rapid iteration. Core Competencies Produce launch and campaign creative across web, social, decks, and events, including hero assets and the full set of derivatives Use generative AI image and video tools daily to explore and produce work, and build the reference sets and prompt libraries that keep output on-brand Implement your own designs using AI coding tools - landing pages, marketing site updates, and brand-level changes in the product - and hand off to engineering when the work goes deeper than the surface Translate brand decisions into product tokens, components, iconography, and illustration within our design system Maintain the brand asset library and guidelines so they stay current and usable by non-designers Build templates that let marketing, sales, and engineering ship on-brand without design in the loop Run visual QA across the product and outbound materials to catch inconsistency and drift Turn work around quickly and to a high standard, and flag early when scope needs more time Ideal Candidate 1-3 years of brand or visual design experience, or an exceptional portfolio in place of it Strong portfolio of identity systems, typography, and launch or campaign creative Daily use of generative AI tools for image, video, and layout, with judgment about where they help and where they dilute the work Ability to implement with AI, not just produce with it - comfortable using Claude Code, Cursor, v0, or similar to get a page or a component actually built, reviewed, and shipped Exceptional attention to detail across typography, alignment, spacing, and asset quality Systems thinking: you build the template rather than repeat the asset, and you can see how a brand decision becomes a token or a component Proven ability to ship a high volume of work on deadline without loose ends Fluency in Figma, including components, variables, and libraries Low-ego, collaborative mindset Excitement about joining a startup where ambiguity is high and impact is huge Bachelor's degree required What Sets You Apart You've built a prompt or reference library that improved someone else's output, not just your own You've built and shipped a marketing page or microsite end to end by yourself Your range extends past static layout into motion, video, illustration, 3D, or print You've worked somewhere that expected brand and product to look like the same company You have strong opinions about typography and can explain them Why Join Hypha Be at the forefront of designing the future of AI-assisted financial collaboration Work directly with leading financial institutions to solve their most pressing challenges Join a team committed to building intelligent, intuitive, and proactive solutions Shape our product suite from its early stages with significant influence on direction Competitive compensation package: $80,000-$100,000 base salary If you're ready to design the future of asset management and are excited by the challenge of creating intuitive interfaces for complex financial workflows, we want to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
