UI / Visual Designer
Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote
micro1 is seeking UI / Visual Designers to support a customer project focused on design systems and AI training. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate UI designs, layouts, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Create design rationales and document design decisions.
Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries.
Create responsive mockups and prototypes using Figma.
Apply accessibility and usability best practices.
Produce clear design documentation and recommendations.

3+ years of UI, visual, or product design experience.
