Schedule: Monday - Friday, regular business hours

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Norcross, GA. This is a great opportunity for someone with AP experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with vendors and internal teams.

What You'll Do

  • Enter and process vendor invoices in NetSuite (training provided)
  • Perform 2-way and 3-way matching (PO, receipt, invoice)
  • Prepare weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams (purchasing, receiving, etc.)
  • Assist with month-end close and audit requests
  • Maintain accurate and organized AP records
What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience preferred
  • Experience with accounting software or ERP systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Solid communication and time management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
  • Associate degree in Accounting (preferred, not required)
