Business Relationship Support Associate

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Relationship Support Associate within National Services Group (NSG) in Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) as part of Enterprise Functions.

In this role, you will:

1. Share leadership role with managers to oversee a portfolio of accounts
2. Identify opportunity for process improvements within the portfolio
3. Review and analyze the decision process for customer accounts
4. Evaluate the profitability and risk of designated portfolio
5. Verify compliance and report identified issues for resolution
6. Present recommendations to resolve and exercise independent judgment
7. Develop expertise in the policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
8. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
9. Interact with internal customers
10. Receive direction from leaders
11. Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ months of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Treasury Management Client Services experience
• Treasury Management product knowledge and experience
• Call Center experience
• Strong telephone etiquette
• Strong customer service background
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
• Strong personal leadership skills, including initiative, accountability and the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
• Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment

Job Expectations:

• The position hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• This position offers a hybrid work schedule
• Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Information will be shared about expectations during the recruitment process

Salary Range:

• $30.77 - $45.67 Hourly Range

Pay Range:

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
