In this role, you will be the face of Farmers Insurance, connecting with potential clients, conducting needs assessments, and presenting personalized insurance options. You will have the opportunity to educate clients on coverage options, answer their questions, and guide them through the process of selecting the right policies.

Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Network and prospect to generate leads and expand client base.
Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify clients' insurance requirements.
Customized Solutions: Recommend and offer customized insurance plans tailored to clients' needs.
Sales Presentations: Deliver clear and persuasive presentations to prospective clients.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
Policy Review: Conduct periodic reviews to ensure clients have adequate coverage and identify opportunities for additional services.
Requirements
Licensing: Property and Casualty license is preferred and licensing assistance is available.
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations.
Results-Oriented: Self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
