We are hiring an Insurance Sales Representative to join our high-energy sales team. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy building relationships, closing deals, and earning excellent commissions. You'll work in a supportive environment with hands-on training and a team that likes to have a bit of fun in the process.

• Base pay of $40,000 to $65,000 based on experience
• Significant commission potential bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate insurance quotes for prospects and clients
• Present insurance solutions clearly and confidently
• Close new business and meet or exceed sales goals
• Follow up on warm leads and conduct outbound prospecting
• Build referrals through networking and strong customer relationships
• Maintain activity and performance standards consistently

Requirements

• Previous sales or telemarketing experience preferred
• Property and Casualty license is a plus, but not required; we will train you
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Great Customer Service Skills
