Speech Language Pathologist

We're partnering with a school district in Dakota County, Minnesota to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year . This full-time, onsite opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact supporting students' communication, language, and academic success. You'll collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality speech-language services that help students access their education and achieve their goals. Position Details: Location: Onsite in Dakota County, MN Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday School Year: 2026-2027 Responsibilities: Provide speech-language services to students in accordance with IEP goals and educational needs. Conduct speech-language evaluations, screenings, and reassessments to determine eligibility and service recommendations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support students' communication skills in the educational setting. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers to support student success. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning and goal development. Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress monitoring, evaluations, and compliance requirements. Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, social communication, and other speech-language needs. Ensure compliance with IDEA, Minnesota special education requirements, and district policies. Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license through the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) Minnesota Board of Teaching credential/licensure for school-based practice, as required ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply Knowledge of IEP processes, special education compliance, and school-based service delivery Strong communication, collaboration, documentation, and organizational skills Ability to provide evidence-based speech-language interventions that support educational outcomes What We Offer: Competitive pay and benefits package.
