Qualifications and Desired Experience:
• Active and valid Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Prior experience working in elementary (K–5) educational settings preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP development, implementation, and compliance
• Experience evaluating, diagnosing, and providing therapy for a variety of speech and language disorders
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed

Primary Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students (caseload to be determined)
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to support student needs
• Develop and implement targeted treatment plans and interventions
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and support IEP processes
• Engage proactively with staff and families to promote student progress
• Maintain thorough, timely, and compliant documentation
