Make a meaningful impact supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in an engaging academic setting near Saint Paul, MN. This contract role offers the opportunity to deliver quality therapy services across two elementary campuses, providing support to grades K–5 for the 2026–2027 school year.

Skills and Experience Sought:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active State SLP license required
• Completion of the Clinical Fellowship and Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
• Experience in a school environment, especially with elementary populations, preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
• Organizational skills to manage and prioritize a caseload across multiple buildings

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with communication and speech disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions, as required by district and state standards
• Empower students by fostering development in expressive/receptive language, articulation, fluency, and social communication
• Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and other required school functions
• Serve as a resource and consultant to teachers and staff on speech-language concerns

This part-time position (0.6 FTE, approximately 23 hours per week) provides a dynamic, supportive environment and the chance to work with dedicated professionals and eager-to-learn students. The assignment will be split between two elementary buildings, with specific caseload details determined prior to the start date in Fall 2026.
