Account Executive

GForce Technology Consulting

Overview: 

GForce is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Account Executive to support the growth of our Infor ERP implementation sales through the generation of net new business and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.

This role will focus on identifying, developing, and managing opportunities related to Infor Human Capital Management (HCM), Infor Workforce Management (WFM), and related Infor ERP solutions within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate is comfortable building relationships with healthcare organizations, managing a consultative sales process, and collaborating closely with internal solutions and leadership teams.

This is an in-office position based in Alpharetta, GA, with some travel required for prospective client meetings, conferences, and industry trade shows.

Key Responsibilities: 

· Drive net new business development within the healthcare ERP space

· Identify and pursue upgrade, expansion, and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

· Build and maintain relationships with healthcare executives and decision-makers

· Manage opportunities through the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting through close

· Coordinate internal resources to support demos, discovery sessions, proposals, and presentations

· Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans

· Attend industry events, conferences, networking functions, and trade shows

· Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM activity

· Collaborate closely with delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to support growth initiatives

· Stay informed on industry trends, healthcare operational challenges, and ERP/HCM/WFM solutions

Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience in ERP, HCM, Workforce Management, or enterprise software sales
  • Experience selling into healthcare organizations strongly preferred
  • Previous Infor experience highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of consultative and relationship-based sales processes
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders
  • Proven ability to develop pipeline and close business opportunities
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel as needed for meetings and events
