Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) license Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and resident care standards. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities Collecting information from the patients to be admitted; medical records, insurance details Recording health details of patients; including vitals & temperature Administering medications and injections to patients as needed Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed Responsibility of the Registered Nurse (RN) is to establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & families. Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests. Maintain resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing.
