No problem — we are willing to train the right candidates.What You'll DoPerform residential steep slope roof repairs and service workInspect roofs and identify roofing issues or damageComplete shingle, flashing, ventilation, leak, and general repair workSafely climb ladders and work on steep slope roofsCommunicate professionally with homeowners and team membersSafely operate company vehicles and equipmentDocument completed work and take jobsite photosMaintain organization of tools, materials, and equipmentFollow all company safety standards and proceduresWhat We're Looking ForValid driver's license with a clean driving record (preferred)Comfortable working at heights and on steep slope roofsDependable and punctualPositive attitude and willingness to learnStrong work ethic and attention to detailAbility to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying weather conditionsGood communication and customer service skillsMust be able to pass a drug screen and background checkFarha Roofing is an established family-owned company that values hard work, accountability, and teamwork.
