Join Our Caring CommunityThe Care Management Support Assistant contributes to administration of care management. Provide non-clinical support to the assessment and evaluation of members' needs and requirements. This support aims to achieve and maintain optimal wellness state. It does so by guiding members/families toward, and facilitating interaction with, resources appropriate for the care and wellbeing of members. The Care Management Support Assistant 1 performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically work on routine and patterned assignments. You will report to the Associate Operations Director.The Care Management Support Assistant's decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities, and timing. The assistant works under close supervision and within established policies, and guidelines, with minimal opportunity for deviation.Use Your Skills to Make an ImpactRequired Qualifications2 years of Microsoft Office experience with Word, Outlook, and Excel1+ years of Administrative support experience in a healthcare industryFamiliarity with care and well-being resourcesMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiencesPreferred QualificationsAssociate's DegreeDemonstrated excellent customer service and communication skillsMicrosoft Access proficiencyBilingual English/SpanishWork Hours: Monday to Friday 8AM-5PMLocation: You will work 2 days in Apopka and 3 days in ClermontAlert:Humana values personal identity protection.
