Registered Nurse – Nursing

Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36.00

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor: Required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from approved vendor: Required
• At least two years recent experience in nursing: Required
• EPIC experience: Required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care to patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct the activities of nursing staff and coordinate care with other disciplines.
• Develop and implement care plans, employing strategies to promote health and ensure a safe environment.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers in a caring and supportive environment.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
