Key Responsibilities\n \n Provide high-quality mental health counseling via telehealth, assessing client needs and developing personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique situations. \n Utilize electronic medical records to document interactions, monitor client progress, and communicate effectively with the treatment team regarding any adjustments in care. \n Demonstrate superior organizational skills to manage caseloads effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while ensuring quality service. \n Participate in regular team meetings to share insights on patient progress, challenges, and innovations in therapeutic approaches. \n Assist clients in identifying and addressing financial or social needs, ensuring a holistic approach to their care. \n Commit to continuous professional development to maintain licensure and enhance counseling competencies, reflecting the latest best practices in mental health. \n Take on additional duties as assigned, contributing to team projects and initiatives aimed at improving service delivery. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Your primary focus will be on individuals, particularly young people, who may be experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. By fostering a supportive and non-judgmental environment, you will enable clients to articulate their challenges and work towards their mental health goals. This role is vital in equipping them with the tools necessary for personal growth and academic achievement. Qualifications\n \n A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required. \n Active licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory. \n Exceptional ability to triage tasks effectively and delegate responsibilities to maintain service quality in a high caseload environment. \n Possess strong motivational skills, fostering an enthusiastic and positive atmosphere for both client interactions and team dynamics. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Prior experience in a community health setting or mental health clinic is advantageous. \n Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic medical records will enhance your effectiveness in this role. \n Previous experience working with young populations and understanding their unique mental health challenges is preferred. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
