What We Offer:

• Highly Competitive Pay: $35.00 - $65.00 per hour (including commissions/base hourly + 100% tips). Tips tend to average between 15-20%, which equates to $42/hr to $75/hr

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, customized massage therapy sessions based on client needs, including specialized modalities such as:
• Deep Tissue & Swedish Massage
• Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) / Detox Massage
• Sciatica Relief & Neuromuscular / Trigger Point Therapy
• Myofascial Release & Sports / Medical Massage
• Hot Stone & Prenatal Massage
• Maintain clean, sanitized, and well-organized treatment rooms.
• Create a welcoming and professional experience for every client.
• Maintain brief and accurate client SOAP notes (especially for insurance clients).

Qualifications:

• Active Oregon Massage Therapy License (OBMT) in good standing.
• Proficiency or interest in specialty modalities (Lymphatic Drainage, Sciatica Treatment, Medical Massage, etc.) is a huge plus!
• Professional liability insurance (or willing to obtain before starting).
• Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented.
• New graduates with strong enthusiasm for clinical/specialty massage are welcome to apply!
