Inside Sales Account Executive

Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical sales expertise and exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing them to effectively communicate the value of our products and services. We work on a lively fun salesfloor. We have contests throughout the year.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our offerings and generate interest.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on account management and business development initiatives.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on progress.
- Lead negotiations with clients to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and product developments.
Requirements
- No experience in Sales is necessary. We will train!
- Strong collaboration skills with a focus on teamwork in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building rapport with clients.
- Experience with warm/cold calling techniques to engage potential customers effectively.
- Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in clients and team members alike.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing sales processes.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong negotiation skills.
