About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Project Finance and Infrastructure Credit Risk. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive credit analysis of project finance and structured trade transactions, with a focus on non-recourse and limited-recourse financings. This includes developing in-depth assessments of counterparties, identifying and articulating key credit, market, and structural risks, and preparing formal credit opinions. The role also involves actively monitoring portfolio performance, contributing to watchlist processes, and supporting the development of credit policies and underwriting standards. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in financial services, with a strong focus on project finance, infrastructure, and/or commodity-related financing. A deep understanding of credit and counterparty risk, particularly within non-recourse project structures and commodity trading entities, is essential. The role requires a proven ability to assess complex transactions, manage risk across a diversified portfolio, and collaborate with legal, compliance, and front-office partners. Core competencies include excellent analytical skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive, results-oriented approach to risk management. The candidate should be comfortable working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and be open to new ideas in evolving financing structures.
