About the Role

Join a well-established community management organization known for delivering a resident-focused experience. This role offers the opportunity to lead day-to-day operations, partner with board members, and oversee a vibrant, active residential community.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily HOA operations and community performance
• Partner with Board of Directors on planning and execution
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and forecasting
• Oversee vendors, contracts, and property assets
• Ensure compliance with governing documents and policies
• Facilitate board meetings and resident communication
• Lead and support onsite team performance

What They’re Looking For

• 3+ years in HOA, property management, or similar leadership role
• Experience in hospitality, operations, or municipal environments is considered
• Strong financial management and budgeting experience
• Comfortable working directly with boards and stakeholders
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving ability
• Adaptable, organized, and ownership-driven
