Nashville Area, TN (Hendersonville Area)
$75K – $90K + Benefits
Step into a high-visibility role where you own operations, influence leadership decisions, and shape the resident experience in a well-established, amenity-rich community.
About the RoleJoin a well-established community management organization known for delivering a resident-focused experience. This role offers the opportunity to lead day-to-day operations, partner with board members, and oversee a vibrant, active residential community.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily HOA operations and community performance
- Partner with Board of Directors on planning and execution
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and forecasting
- Oversee vendors, contracts, and property assets
- Ensure compliance with governing documents and policies
- Facilitate board meetings and resident communication
- Lead and support onsite team performance
- 3+ years in HOA, property management, or similar leadership role
- Experience in hospitality, operations, or municipal environments is considered
- Strong financial management and budgeting experience
- Comfortable working directly with boards and stakeholders
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving ability
- Adaptable, organized, and ownership-driven
