Associate Attorney


We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our elder law firm. The ideal candidate is positive, resilient, and confident, with a strong understanding that the legal profession is a service-oriented business. This individual will be committed to providing exceptional client service while working collaboratively with colleagues.


*Salary*

$90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience

*Desired Qualifications*

Must be licensed to practice law in Connecticut

Excellent interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively

Positive, resilient, and solution-oriented approach to challenges

Commitment to keeping clients and team members informed throughout the legal process

Strong communication skills with the ability to provide timely updates to clients

Ability to conduct legal research and analyze client matters


*Required Skills*

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Understanding of law office operations, systems, and procedures

Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and client service


*Requirements*

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Connecticut

Knowledge of Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning law preferred

This position is based in Glastonbury, Connecticut
