Scrum Master

Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Scrum Master with Top Secret Security clearance to support Kadiak and our government customer in Vienna, VA. Responsibilities Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as Kanban, Standups and Retrospectives. Facilitate discussions between the Government Leads, Tech Leads, Program Manager, Engineers and other stakeholders. Identify and remove blockers to team success while resolving conflict. Coordinate with multiple teams to keep abreast of task updates and issue resolutions. Track JIRA ticket statuses including upcoming, late and priority tickets. Coordinate with other Scrum Masters. Guide teams in Kanban methodology processes. Effectively communicate relevant project information to team members and stakeholders. Requirements At least two years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master. Demonstrated ability to work in an operational environment where priorities change frequently. Expertise in proactively identifying and resolving blockers, organizing sprint releases and superior organizational skills. Superior verbal and written communication skills. Experience with JIRA, Confluence and MS Office tools.
