Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing flexibility and convenience for both our team members and the clients we serve. While much of the work will be conducted from your home, you will be expected to engage actively with clients in various community settings, including our hospice center. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients dealing with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders; this includes individual, group, and family counseling.

• Conduct evidence-based assessments and screenings, ensuring developmentally appropriate approaches for all clients.

• Develop, implement, and monitor integrated care plans that facilitate access to necessary services and support for clients and their families.
\n
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team while upholding ethical guidelines, organizational policies, and community standards.

• Assist in crisis intervention efforts and ensure timely responses to urgent client needs, fostering a safe and supportive environment.

• Carry a manageable caseload, ensuring regular monitoring of client progress, and appropriate adjustments to treatment plans.

• Complete documentation and reporting in a timely manner, aligned with regulatory standards to support organizational operations.

• Participate in agency committees to enhance service delivery and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

• Provide on-call coverage as necessary, ensuring continuous support for clients outside of regular hours.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW in this role will work primarily with clients in the hospice setting, focusing on individuals and families navigating complex emotional and psychological challenges during times of significant life transition. This includes providing palliative care support, as well as addressing issues such as grief, anxiety, and coping strategies in the face of terminal illness. Your work will empower clients to gain agency over their emotional well-being, ultimately fostering resilience and improving quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a social work role, identifying areas of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment aligned with client needs.

• Demonstrated competency in working with diverse populations, acknowledging and honoring various cultural backgrounds and belief systems.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
