Project Manager, Puerto Rico

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Champion Safety First by promoting safe behaviours, wellbeing, and compliance with local Health and Safety standards.
- Manage end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring quality systems, programme alignment, and timely completion of key milestones and deliverables.
- Oversee budgets, risks, and long‑term functional improvements aligned with Mace values.
- Lead and collaborate with project, design, and consultant teams, driving performance, innovation, and best practice.
You’ll Need To Have
- Proven project management experience with strong communication, planning, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Sound technical knowledge of construction methodologies, HSE requirements, and sector‑specific regulations.
- Strong commercial, budgeting, and problem‑solving capability with effective client‑focused negotiation.
- Degree‑qualified with relevant professional memberships or local equivalents.
The estimated salary for this position is $130,000. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non‑discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
