Seasonal Busser Position Seasonal Position (June2026–Mid‑January2027). Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, customer‑focused Busser to join our team at Lake Arrowhead Resort & Spa. The Busser is key to a successful operation, supporting the service team and ensuring a memorable guest experience. Responsibilities Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant area. Maintain proper and adequate set‑up of server stations. Assist servers in keeping clean available tables for arriving guests. Assist servers with continual service details. Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant area. Understand the details of the operation and act as the ‘master’ of the restaurant. Work collaboratively with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff. Qualifications Engaging and welcoming personality. Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits. Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests. Excellent communication skills. Ability to regularly lift and carry 25lb. Compensation $16.90 – $16.90 per hour. Property Overview Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa is nestled high atop the San Bernardino Mountains at an elevation of 5,174ft.
