Youth Flag Football Official The Youth Flag Football Official is responsible for officiating of youth flag football games (grades K-8). Program Goals: Develop a passion for sports in each child Develop fundamental football sports skills Pay is per game: $20/game for Kindergarten - 3rd grade games $25/game for 4th - 8th grade games. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Interpret and enforce all flag football rules and adaptations Supervise and control conduct on field Provide quality customer service Be ready to work at scheduled times Dress and act in a manner that is professional Follow all policies and procedures set forth by the City of Stoughton Parks & Recreation Department Examine playing field and equipment to ensure safety Fill out own time sheet accurately and turn into supervisor before leaving Cooperatively work in a team with other officials and supervisor Attend all game dates Communicate with Recreation Supervisor in a timely manner regarding inability to make scheduled games Be able to attend all necessary trainings Qualifications: Strong leadership skills Knowledge about the sport of football 15+ years old This position does not include benefits.
